MDCC36 - Shades of Spring with a POP...

Hello and welcome to the Thursday card challenge at MDC! Last week we had a blast with out bookmark challenge - check out this awesome submission from Carla:

This week we challenges our designers to use shades of spring - yellow and blue - with a little twist of black thrown in for pop! A little or a lot, doesn't matter - we just like the contrast! Here's what our designers came up with:

Leah Cornelius - Paper Blossoms

Leah used paper from Imaginisce, a stamp from Scenic Route, and an image stamp from Serendipity.

Dawn Knight - Dawn's Rubber Room

Dawn used paper from Imaginisce and a stamp from Serenipity.

Giovana Smith - A Place to Praise and Craft

Giovana used paper from sei, ribbon from May Arts. and a stamp from Serendipity.

Cathy Wieder- Seaside Rose Cottage

Cathy used papers from Imaginisce. stamped images from Stampavie, and a stamped sentiment from Daisy Bucket.

We loved all of our designer cards this week - hope they give you some fresh inspiration! If you want to play along your card can be featured at the top of next week's post - just leave us a comment here with a link to your picture - if you upload to Splitcoast or Papercraft Planet, please use keyword MDCC36 - thanks so much for stopping in and have a fabulous week!!

The colors were perfect for a little Easter card.
Have a great weekend!
