MDCC35 - Mark it...

Hello and welcome to MDC! Last week due to some computer issues and late posting problems we actually had TWO challenges, so this week we get to have TWO winners!

Our first challenge was to create a card using a photo - check out this beautiful entry from Sarah:

The second challenge was to create a border and use it on a card.... our winner for that challenge is Ann:

Aren't they both incredible?? I love the black and white effect of the photo card, and the vintage feel to the teddy card! Ladies, pm me your address so we can get your prizes out!

This week we have a quick and easy challenge for you - creating a bookmark! Any type of bookmark will do - we just want you to have fun with it:) Our design team sure did - check out their samples:

Katheryn Heflin - My Children, My World
Katheryn used paper from Imaginisce, a stamped greeting from Scenic Route, and an image stamp from Imaginisce.

Maria Levine - Ria Creations
Maria used paper from Imaginisce and sei. ribbon from May Arts, and a stamped image from Serendipity.

Leah Cornelius - Paper Blossoms
Leah used paper from Imaginisce, lace cardstock from sei, chipboard flowers from Scenic Route, floweres from Zva Creative, and a stamped greeting from Daisy Bucket.

Tamara McKlveen - Tam's MDC Creations
I used paper and embellishment stickers from Basic Grey's 12x12 Marrakech Collection pack.

Playing along is easy - all you need to do is leave us a comment with a link to your picture or blog post! If you upload to Splitcoast Stampers or Papercraft Planet, use keyword MDCC35.
Thanks so much for stopping in today - happy crafting!

Thanks for another fun challenge! I love making bookmarks, but don't think to do it often! Your samples are terrific! Here is mine:
I kept wanting to add more but knew if I was really going to use it, it had to be flat!
Have a great weekend, everyone!
