MDCSB15 - Scrapbook Mondays - Try A Sketch!

Happy Monday scrapbookers!! This is such an exciting week! We are collaborating this week with Julie Bonner over at the 52 sketches...52 weeks blog!! We just love Julie's blog and her beautiful sketches - we use them all the time!!

So, this week if you head over to the 52 sketches blog and upload a project based on this week's sketch, you might win a 12x12 collection pack of Basic Gray Urban Prarie patterned paper and stickers. Then, if you complete our challenge here you have another opportunity to win - the Basic Gray Urban Prarie Wildflowers stamp set to match the paper pack!! Exciting stuff, right?? Here's a look at the stamp set:

Be sure not to miss the beautiful page Julie completed as her sample this week using the Urban Prarie paper... just gorgeous!!

Our challenge this week is pretty simple - we want to see your page based on any of Julie's sketches, past or present! Two rules apply - it needs to be a NEW page, one you have created this week for this challenge. Rule two is that it can't be the same layout you submit at the 52 sketches blog... it can be based on the same sketch if you want, but it has to be a different layout. That's pretty much it! We hope you'll find time to complete both fun challenges this week and maybe win some goodies!!

Check out the awesome layouts our design team created for this week's challenge:

Maria Levine - Ria Creations
Maria used sketch 33 for her layout. The polka dot paper is from Bo Bunny and the other paper and embellishments are from the Melissa Frances Hush A Bye Boy page kit.

Robin Wade - Creating Memories One Moment at a Time
Robin used sketch #2 from the 2009 sketches. She used papers from Imaginisce's Snowy Jo line.

April Dycus
April also used sketch #2 from the 2009 sketches. April used papers and embellishments from Daisy Bucket's Perfect Harmony collection.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Make sure you head over to the store to check out the new Twitterpated line from Imaginisce - SUPER cute!!! Have a great week and Happy Creating!!

Here's my take on Sketch 52 from last year.

I want to thank you for sponsoring my very favorite sketch challenge site. I've been with Julie since week 9 of last year. I so love her sketches and little messages that keep us inspired.

I have not completed the journaling on the page which is a blank in my head right now. When I finish this comment it goes in my "About Me" album. You'll see on my blog post today why I've not tried to finish the page fully with journaling. For now it is done.

The stamps this week are wonderful...I'm such a Basic Grey person....my very FAVORITE line. Congrats to the one who wins.

Since I live in Central Texas and the nearest LSS is over 50 miles away, yeah I live in the middle of no where I promise to visit your store often now that I have found it!

Thanks again for sponsoring Julie!
