MDCSB14 - Scrapbook Mondays - Getting to Know You

Good day to you and thanks for stopping by! We thought we'd take this week to let you get to know some of our designers a little better - and we want to know you too, so the challenge this week is getting to know you! The idea was to do a layout about yourself incorporating your name or the letters from your name... check out the fun and unique ways our designers handled the challenge!

Laurie Rodick - Lovin My Life
Laurie used decorative papers from Jenni Bowlin.

Mia Montalvan-Castrillo - Scrappin Mama Mia
Mia used patterned paper from Daisy Bucket's Playful Petals collection, brads and flowers from Imaginisce, rhinestones from Kaiser, and a clear frame from My Little Yellow Bicycle.

Maria Levine - Ria Creations
Maria used papers and embellishments from Imaginisce, and crystal bling from Kaiser.

Melita Chow - By His Grace
Melita used papers, brads, and flowers from Imaginisce, ribbon from May Arts, and bling from Kaiser. Melita also based her layout on a Pencillines sketch found here.

We had so much fun ourselves, reading and learning a little more about our designers - we hope you do too! We'd love for you to play along with us this week, so we can get to know you a little better too!
We have a fun prize to award one lucky player this week - a great pack of buttons from Basic Gray! To play. leave us a comment here with a link to your picture. If you upload to Papercraft Planet or Splitcoast Stampers, please use key words MDCSB14 - we can't wait to see what you come up with!

Before we sign off, we have a couple of extra special layouts from our design team members for previous challenges to share with you! Here is Mia's layout for our MDCSB12 challenge to take out the trash:

And here is Renee's layout for our MDCSB13 challenge to create a page about something new and improved:

Thanks to our fab design team for turning out awesome layouts every week, and thanks to our readers for continuing to support us! Hope you all have a happy and creative week!
